Volkswagen India has launched a special edition Polo and Vento in India called the Polo Select and Vento Celeste. This is a limited edition run and are available at all Volkswagen outlets across the country.
Volkswagen India recently launched a special edition Polo Select and Vento Celeste in India. These variants are available exclusively in the Highline manual transmission variants of both carlines and in the Highline DSG variant of the Vento and get many added features over the standard range topping models. Both carlines are offered with body side molding in black, ORVM covers in carbon finish and a black roof foil. Upping the style quotient are subtle accents like the trunk garnish on the Polo Select and a trunk lip spoiler on the Vento Celeste. Being the range topping variants, the Polo Select and Vento Celeste come equipped with ABS with EBD and 2 airbags as standard safety equipment.
The special edition Polo Select offers features like Detachable window blinds, Carbon finish center console, Seat covers with logo, 4 Scuff plates, ORVM covers in carbon fibre, Body side molding in Black, Black roof foil and Trunk garnish. The touchscreen infotainment system in the Vento Celeste now includes a Blaupunkt radio with navigation, in addition to existing features like steering wheel mounted controls for audio and Bluetooth. Both carlines come with detachable window blinds and new textile mats, while only the Vento Celeste gets Trunk Lip Spoiler.

The Volkswagen Ameo is powered by a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol motor mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Its prices start from a very attractive Rs. 5.14 lakhs ex-showroom, Mumbai. It competes with the cars like the Maruti Suzuki DZire, Ford Figo Aspire and the Honda Amaze. The car many segment first features like rain sensing wipers, auto headlamps, cruise control and static cornering lights.
