Iconic British premium motorcycle brand, Triumph motorcycles has started taking pre- bookings for its upcoming roadster motorcycle – the Trident 660. Based on the revered Triumph Triple cylinder engine tech, the Trident is one of the most anticipated motorcycles from the marquee, and will be the newest addition to the roadster line-up in India, which already has the Street Triple RS and the Street Triple R.
The pre-bookings for the Trident 660 are open across all Triumph India dealerships and customers can book the motorcycle with an initial amount of INR 50,000/-. Additionally, Triumph is also offering a special finance scheme for the Trident wherein customers can bring home this new roadster at an EMI of just INR 9,999/-*. This offer is however for a limited period. The booking amount on the Trident 660 is 100% refundable until the price announcement of the motorcycle.
The All New Triumph Trident comes with a peak power of 81PS at 10,250 rpm and over 90% of the maximum torque being available across most of the rev range peaking at 64Nm at 6,250rpm. Also on offer are Road and Rain riding modes and switchable traction control (integrated into the riding modes) Ride by wire is also on offer on the brands latest offering.
Along with the distinguished unique triple sound , it also offers features like multi-functional instruments with colour TFT display , All-LED lighting and ABS as standard . The Trident comes with Showa upside down forks and Showa preload adjustable monoshock . The Trident also assured great braking with Nissin brakes with twin 310mm discs and a promising road grip with the already established Michelin Road 5 tyres.

With the Trident 660 Triumph Motorcycles enters the premium middleweight roadster category. The Trident is expected to be priced below the Triumph Street twin, and will also serve as the entry price point into Triumph Brand.
