Renault India announces monsoon checkup camp

Now, Renault India announces Monsoon Camp for its customers.

Recently, Renault had announced a camp initiative for ‘World Environment Day’ for the benefit of its customers and we had reported it here. The French auto brand, in keeping up with its commitment to enhance customer satisfaction and to provide an overall positive brand experience for its customers, has now announced monsoon camp for its customers. The camp will be conducted across all of Renault’s dealerships across India for a week from June 19th to June 25th, 2017.

With this camp, Renault wants to ensure all its vehicles are in top condition which is quintessential during the monsoon time. Renault India has prepared a set of comprehensive guidelines that will be utilized to perform a detailed examination of the key functions of the car when the customer avails the complimentary camp from the brand. Vehicles will be assessed by trained and well competent professionals from the Renault dealership so that the vehicle remains in top condition for a problem free driving during the monsoon season.

The week long initiative from Renault also throws in attractive offers for customers visiting Renault’s dealerships including 15% discount on select parts and accessories and other value added services along with a host of discount on labour charges. Customers will also be offered exclusive plans for insurance renewal, special offers on tyres for replacement and a complimentary car wash.

‘Renault Secure’, which is Renault’s term for its comprehensive Road Side Assistance and Extended Warranty plan is also up for grabs at a 10% discount for the interested customers. In addition to all these, several fun filled activities are also planned by Renault India for the customers visiting its premises.

Renault India has started to grow as a major player in the Indian market. Even with the tough market conditions and a tight competition Renault brand has managed to carve itself a space in the minds of Indian customers especially with its two successful Indian models Renault Duster and Renault Kwid. With these efforts, Renault proves it has a clear strategy to make further in-roads in the minds of its customers by providing a positive customer experience.
