Nissan releases teaser images of the new Datsun redi-GO

Nissan is all set to introduce the new Datsun redi-GO in India. The Japanese car maker has today released a couple of teaser images of the stylish entry-level hatchback to give everyone of what is in-store.

It is expected that the 2020 Datsun redi-GO will come with a fully refurbished front fascia sporting a new grille with the Datsun badge. The new Datsun is said to also get all redesigned headlamps  fresh styled L-shaped LED DRLs placed below them. The front bumper would be fully redone. The taillamps also receive fresh new design touches while the rear end also comes with an all new design spoiler. While Nissan has not revealed the interior details of the new redi-GO, we are expecting the hatchback to be updated with some fresh features inside the cabin.

Currently Nissan sells the Datsun redi-GO powered with the 0.8-litre (54PS and 72Nm of torque) and 1.0-litre (68PS and 91Nm of torque) petrol engines. Both the engines come paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox, with the 1.0-litre mill having a 5-speed AMT option as well. The upcoming 2020 Datsun redi-GO would come with BS6 versions of the two petrol motors.
