Nissan applauds Harmanpreet Kaur’s knock in the ICC Women’s World Cup Semi-final
Following Harmanpreet Kaur’s spectacular knock of 171 at the semi-final of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 on Thursday, Nissan India has announced to applaud this fine achievement by presenting her with a Datsun rediGO Sport.
In 2015, Nissan entered an eight-year deal with the ICC that further strengthens its ties with global sport. The agreement runs through 2023, and Nissan will be a global sponsor of cricket’s international tournaments, including the ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, ICC World Twenty20, and the Under 19 and Women’s and qualifying events. The partnership allows Nissan to bring its innovative and fan-focused approach to sport to millions of cricket-lovers around the world.

The Datsun rediGO Sport is powered by a 799cc 3-pot motor that develops 53 HP of max power. It gets various aesthetic enhancements like black painted wheels, black decals on the sides and red inserts on the wheels, front grille and interiors as well. Nissan is all set to launch the all new Datsun rediGO 1.0L in the market soon. It is powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder engine that develops 68 PS and 93 Nm. It comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and gets a driver airbag as standard safety feature. It also gets featres like day time running lamps, semi digital instrument cluster, single DIN music player that supports USB and AUX, and a wide range of accessories to choose from.
