Mercedes-Benz Launches the New GLC at ₹73.50 Lakh

Mercedes has launched the New GLC SUV in India with prices starting from Rs. 73.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The German car maker had commenced the bookings of the Premium SUV a month back.

The New Mercedes GLC is available in two options the Petrol GLC 300 4MATIC at 73.50 Lakh and the Diesel GLC 230D 4MATIC at ₹74.50 Lakh. 4MATIC AWD System is standard on both the variants.

In terms of design and styling, the New Mercedes GLC comes with cosmetic changes which includes all new front styling with a large grille with the tri-star logo and new horizontal LED DRLs with new LED headlamps. The SUV has also increased in dimensions where the length is up by 60mm now standing at 4,716mm which has overall increased the wheelbase by 15mm to 2,888mm.

At the rear, the New GLC comes with an all new bumper along with new 3D style LED taillamps and also a powered tailgate. New design R19 dualtone alloys and a new step board are also added on the package.

In terms of interiors the New GLC gets a 11.9-inch full HD touchscreen infotainment screen and a 12.3-inch full HD digital driver’s display running on the latest NTG 7 OS. The cabin comes with three interior themes to choose from – Sienna Brown, Black, and Macchiato Beige. You also get a 360-degree camera that features a transparent bonnet with a live video feed and exact tyre position, a panoramic sunroof, multi-zone climate control, and an ADAS suite.

Powering the New Mercedes GLC are two engine options which includes a 2.0-litre petrol with 258bhp and 400Nm of torque and a 2.0-litre diesel engine with 197bhp and 440Nm of torque paired with a mild-hybrid ISG motor that increases 200Nm torque to both the engines, mated to the 9G-tronic nine-speed automatic gearbox powering the 4MATIC system #mercedes #mercedesglc #newglc #mercedesindia #glc23 #suv #4matic #2023 #launch
