NEXA Service will be a new after sales service chain exclusively for Maruti Suzuki cars sold via the NEXA premium showrooms.
Maruti Suzuki launched the NEXA premium dealerships in 2015. Although the cars sold from this premium chain would be serviced at regular Maruti dealerships. Not anymore! The company has introduced new premium after sales service workshops for its NEXA Customers. These workshops will be as plush as the NEXA showrooms and will aim to provide the best service experience for Maruti Suzuki car owners. The first NEXA Service workshop has been launched in Gurugram. NEXA Service will be expanded in phases and the company expects to launch 300 NEXA Service workshops by 2020.
The NEXA Service centres will carry forward the monochrome design theme from the showrooms. Each car will be handled by a dedicated service manager and use digital technology to maintain transparency. A premium lounge equipped with digital display will enable the customer to monitor the progress of his car, while large glass walls allow him to view it live as it is serviced on the shop floor. Customers can book appointments for their cars via the NEXA Service app and benefit from an industry first Digital Health Card. Whats more, owners can also opt to watch live video of the car being serviced.
