Mahindra Revamps its Dealership & Service Network as it Gears up to Open Bookings for BE6 & XEV 9e
Mahindra is gearing up for the opening of the bookings of the 6e and the XEV 9e by ramping up its dealership network that will now offer a more interactive, technology-focused customer experience for both its electric origin and ICE SUV line-up. The company in an official statement said the revamp is inspired by its Heartcore design philosophy, the company’s next-generation showrooms will incorporate modern aesthetics, intuitive technology and an immersive environment.
The showrooms will feature Mahindra’s latest technologies, including the INGLO electric origin architecture and the MAIA automotive AI system. Customers will also experience the Sonic Studio, an in-car audio system powered by a 1,400-watt, 16-speaker Harman Kardon setup with Dolby Atmos. Additionally, 500 specialists from luxury and premium brands will provide personalized consultations.
Mahindra is also enhancing its after-sales services with dedicated service bays for electric SUVs, predictive diagnostics for software-driven vehicles, and remote vehicle diagnostics (RVD). A network of battery repair center’s will provide nationwide EV battery support, while a team of 400 Mahindra Tech Experts and engineers from Mahindra Research Valley will ensure high-quality service.
To support EV owners, Mahindra is launching CHARGE.IN, a new vertical with over 350 experts offering home charger installations and integration with India’s expanding DC charging network.
The Me4U App will streamline the ownership experience with features like real-time order tracking, test drive bookings, live vehicle status, remote controls, and energy management. By March 2025, the app aims to integrate with half of India’s DC fast-charging network.
Mahindra will celebrate this transformation with events at dealerships and service center’s nationwide, offering showroom walkthroughs, immersive test drives, and interactive tech showcases. The celebrations lead up to February 14, when bookings for the BE 6 and XEV 9e open at 9 am across nine variants.
