LIVE! Skoda Kodiaq launched in India at Rs. 34.49 lakhs


The Skoda Kodiaq will be available only in a single variant as of now. It will serve as the new flagship for the Czech car maker in India.

Skoda India has finally launched its flagship offering in India at Rs. 34.49 lakhs ex-showroom, India. It is the company’s first 7-seater SUV and is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that churns out 150 PS and 340 Nm. It is mated to the latest DQ-500 7-speed automatic gearbox and an all wheel drive system. The Skoda Kodiaq is the safest car in its class with a total of 9 airbags, ESC, driver fatigue alert system, hands free parking and multi collision braking system. On the insides, you get a 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto, Apple Car Play and MirrorLink, and a huge panoramic sunroof. You also get a huge boot area that can be extended up to 2,005 litres.
