Mercedes-Benz today added two new and much anticipated models after this years Auto Expo models to its AMG line-up. The AMG C 63 Coupé and AMG GT R Coupé . at INR 1.33 crore and INR 2.48 crore, respectively , ex-showroom , all India (except Kerala).With the introduction of these two new AMGs, Mercedes-Benz India firmly underlines its strong presence in the performance car segment . Mercedes had displayed the two at the Auto Expo earlier this year.
Both the new AMG Coupés continue to raise the bar for design innovation, class performance and cutting-edge technology while enhancing the gamet of MB India . Martin Schwenk, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India digitally launched the Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupé and AMG GT R Coupé at the company’s Centre of Excellence in Chakan, Pune as a traditional kind of launch event is not possible in the mids of the ongoing COVID19 outbreak.
Speaking on the occasion, Martin Schwenk, Managing Director and CEO, MercedesBenz India commented, “With a strong market presence, supported by a wide portfolio of performance cars and a dedicated retail network, our AMG strategy has helped us in cementing our market leadership in the luxury performance car segment. The Mercedes-AMG GT R, meanwhile, is all raw, untamed performance. An out-and out-thoroughbred sports car that packs all of Mercedes-Benz’s motor-racing knowhow into a sleek package geared solely towards performance.
