LIVE – Maruti Suzuki SPresso Launched at ₹3.69 Lakh
Maruti Suzuki has launched their SUV inspired small car the SPresso priced at ₹3.69Lakh.
The Maruti Suzuki SPresso termed as a Micro SUV is built on the 5th generation K HEARTECT platform that uses 40% high tensile steel that ensures stronger, safer and sturdier structure. The SPresso comes with a bold and stylish SUV stance that’s symbolized with four slot front grill, upright dual tone front bumper, faux skid plates, flat bonnet, flushed large twin chamber headlights, upright A pillar upfront. The sides is stylized with muscular flexed fenders, body cladding, upright B and C Pillars while the rear styling gets neatly integrated largish C Shaped taillights and dual tone rear bumpers with faux skid plates. The SPresso drives on steel rims with neatly designed Alloy wheels like wheel caps.
On the inside the SPresso gets a unique centre mounted instrument cluster with digital display, 7 inch touch screen infotainment system, smartplay dock with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering mounted control, unique body colored garnish around the Centre dash area.
In terms of safety the Maruti Suzuki SPresso gets driver & passenger airbag, ABS with EBD, seat belt reminder, reverse park sensors, central door locking to name a few.
The Maruti Suzuki SPreasso comes powered by the BS6 998cc K10B Petrol engine with 68PS of power and 90Nm of torque. Transmission options are a 5-speed manual or a AMT automatic option. Maruti Suzuki claims a fuel efficiency of 21.4kmpl on the manual and 21.7kmpl on the AMT automatic variant. The SPresso is available in six body color options that include – Solid Sizzle Orange, Pearl Starry Blue, Superior White, Solid Fire Red, Metallic Granite Grey and Metallic Silky Silver. The SPresso is available in Standard, LXi, VXi MT, VXi AGS, VXi+ and VXi+ AGS variants.
