The Honda Grazia gets more features the Honda Activa 125 but still undercuts it in terms of pricing.

Honda Motorcycle and Two-wheelers India has launched the Grazia scooter in India. At Rs. 57,897/- this one undercuts the popular Honda Activa. It will compete with the Suzuki Access 125, Hero Maestro Edge and the Aprilia SR150 (thanks to its features list). The Honda Grazia features first in class features like and all digital instrument cluster and a 3 step Eco Speed Indicator. It is also the first scooter to come with a full LED automatic headlight. Convenience features on the Honda Grazia include a four in one lock with seat opener switch and a utility pocket with a cover and a mobile charging socket.

The Honda Grazia is powered by a 125cc single cylinder engine that develops 8.52 BHP and 10.54 Nm. It gets a CVT automatic transmission and has a top speed of 85 kmph. It also gets a front disc brake and telescopic front suspension. The scooter weighs in at 107 kgs and has a tank capacity of 5.3 litres. The wheels are blacked out alloys with a 12-inch rim upfront and a 10-incher at the rear. The scooter comes with CBS or combined braking system with Equalizer that helps brake both the wheels and slow down the scooter in a stable manner. The Honda Grazia has been launched in 6 colour options – Matte marvel blue metallic, Neo orange metallic, Pearl amazing white, Pearl night star black, Matte axis grey metallic and Spartan red metallic.

The Honda Grazia will be available for sale in three variants – Standard, Standard Alloy and Deluxe. Honda has been the leader in the scooter segment with over 2 crore Honda automatic scooters on the road. Leading the pack is obviously the Activa. According to the company, over one third of India ride scooters and with the new offering they want to offer their customer with even more variety.
