LIVE – Audi Q7 40 TFSI Quattro Launched at Rs 67.76Lakh
The German car manufacturer, Audi today introduced the magnificent Audi Q7 40 TFSI Quattro, that comes with a powerful 2.0 TFSI engine churning out 185kW (252hp) and 370 Nm of torque. With a acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and top speed of 233 kmph, this beauty boasts of a segment first Audi Virtual Cockpit and the Audi Smartphone Interface.The Audi Q7 which packs lightning-fast power redistribution through quattro permanent all-wheel drive, also comes with Class leading Matrix LED headlights with daytime running lights, featuring striking double-arrow graphics. Priced at INR 67,76,000 onwards, with the most spacious interiors in its segment, this marks the debut of the first-ever luxury SUV in India and reigning segment leader with a petrol engine, according to Mr. Rahil Ansari, Head, Audi India.
Audi claims that this is the year of ‘Audi Reloaded’ for them. This doesn’t mean just new products, but it’s the beginning of a streak to strategize according to the demand of the market. With a decision to increase their petrol mix, they have started off the process with the launch of the Audi Q3 1.4 TFSI in March this year. Mr. Ansari added that they have some more surprises planned for this year.
This dynamic lightweight, but large SUV, is available in Premium Plus edition and the fully loaded Technology edition. The Audi Q7 has a fuel efficiency of 11.68 Kmpl (ARAI certified) and superior, new Eight-speed tiptronic transmission.
The exteriors of this German car has striking lines, a continuous shoulder line that accentuates athletic lines. With a wide sculptured 3D single frame grille, prominent muscular bumpers & air inlets, this Audi Q7 has inlay strips at the bottom of the doors with quattro embossing. With bold R19 5 Spoke Alloy Wheels, Full Paint Finish, Panoramic Sunroof, this luxury SUV is available in Carrara white, Floret silver, Graphite gray, Orca black and Ink blue.
Step inside and you find a wraparound cockpit for improved driver bias, elegance and operation. With a horizontal design architecture, it sets a benchmark in aeroacoustics, with its ‘Library Quiet’ Cabin. The cabin also has ambientlighting with 30 Combinations, and the Upholstery comes in genuine Cricket Leather in black and beige. This 7 Seater has options of Audi Drive Select – Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, Individual and Off-road as standard. This amazing car has an electromechanical power steering with Shift Paddles, Four Zone Deluxe Automatic Climate Control,Electric Steering Wheel Adjustment and Electrically Adj. Front Seats with Driver Side Memory. 3rd row seats are electrically foldable, and it also has Cruise Control, Auto Park Assist with a 360 degree Surround Camera.
