Diwali has just begun early for India’s largest luxury car manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz today as they announced the new C-Class Cabriolet with a starting price of ₹65.25/- lakhs ex-showroom, pan India. With this new sporty two-door Cabriolet, Mercedes-Benz India also introduces a completely new BS VI petrol engine.
The M 264 four-cylinder motor churns out 190kW(258 bhp) at 5800-6100 rpm & 370 Nm of torque at 1800 – 4000 rpm allowing the C 300 to attain 100 km/h from standstill in just 6.2 seconds. The engine comes mated to the latest 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission.The new C-Class Cabriolet was launched by Mr. Michael Jopp, Vice President, Sales & Marketing Mercedes-Benz India.

The new C 300 Cabriolet comes with a host of external and internal enhancements such as the MULTIBEAM LED headlamps with pixel- specific beam range and coverage control, AIRCAP system, new media display screen with 10.25-inch screen size and new generation telematics NTG 5.5, Ambient lighting in 64 colours along with all-new high quality open-pore walnut wood trim. The car comes equipped with 17-inch, 5-large spoke light-alloy wheels. The new C-Class Cabriolet introduces two new metallic paint finishes “Mojave Silver” and “Selenite Grey” and one special paint “Designo Selenite Grey Magno”.
