Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) today released the design sketches of its most anticipated 7-Seater Premium SUV Hyundai ALCAZAR. The released sketches are of the interior and the rear third quarter . The visible changes are the extension in length to accomodate 2 extra seats over the CRETA which is the USP of the upcoming ALCAZAR and the rear overhang .
What we can say looking at the sketches is that the ALCAZAR will get a distinct rear tail gate with unique styled wrap around Tail Lamps and a sharp and thick C pillar . The alloys seems to be chunkier and more dynamic . The shark fin antenna and the bumpers along with a chunky faux skid plate add to the SUV vibe of the car.
The interior sketches reveal that the Alcazar will come with captain seats for the 2nd row which was earlier spotted while testing on multiple occasions . The rear passenger will get their dedicated AC vents and cup holders with a nifty storage space and if the production spec model is closer to the sketches then we are also looking at ample storage space in the boot even with all seats up . The centre row gets a common hand rest placed between the passengers and most likely the entry to the third row will be after tumbling the middle row seats. The sketch does reveal the steering and the instrument cluster and the gear knob which stays very similar to the current flagship the Creta.
We will soon be seeing this upcoming SUV in flesh and will bring to you everything about the latest 7 seater in detail.
