Get your Jawa today, prices to be hiked from tomorrow by upto Rs. 8700

Well today might be the best day to buy a Jawa motorcycle that you always desired for. Classic Legends that own the Jawa brand will be announcing a price hike across its range of motorcycle range from tomorrow. The price hike will be in the range of INR 7,200 to INR 8,700 depending on the model and variant and this also includes a Jawa helmet that comes with every motorcycle. This price hike is attributed to the increase in input costs and globally rising price of raw materials. We are also told that the revised price will come into effect from tomorrow, 8th July 2021 across all Jawa dealerships. This means the cheaper prices on Jawa motorcycles can still be availed today.

In October 2016, Mahindra & Mahindra, through its subsidiary Classic Legends Private Limited (CLPL), signed a licensing deal to launch motorbikes under the JAWA brand name in India and some other East Asian countries. Jawa has always be one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in India. Currently the Jawa range consists of the Jawa Classic, New Jawa 42, Jawa forty two and the Perak.

Classic Legends had also recently announced plans to expand its dealership network across India over 2021 and 2022. As of June, 2021, the company has around 187+ showrooms located throughout the country. There has been a high surge in demand for the Jawa motorcycles right since it was launched in India, and now the brand is all set to go into the boost mode with this expansion.

The Jawas come powered with the 293cc  BS-6 engine that makes 27.33bhp of power and 27.02Nm of torque while the Jawa Perak gets a 334cc engine with 30.64PS of power and 32.74Nm of torque.
