Ford launches EcoSport Thunder Edition at ₹10.18 Lakh
Ford has launched the EcoSport Thunder Edition with prices starting at ₹10.18 Lakh for the Petrol and ₹10.68 Lakh for the Diesel variant.
With the Hyundai Venue getting a bumper opening the compact SUV segment is seeing new variant and editions being launched by Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Sports Edition and now Ford with the Thunder Edition.
The 2019 Ford EcoSport Thunder Edition comes with dark inserts on the headlamp cluster and prominent black treatment to the fog lamp bezel, grille, roof, rear view mirrors and also a dual-tone bonnet with the sides getting black decals on the doors and black finished 17-inch alloy wheels.
The cabin also comes in a sporty dark theme with dual-tone dashboard, door panels and seats getting cognac accents. The limited EcoSport Thunder edition also comes with electric sunroof, 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with SYNC 3, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with embedded navigation on its feature list.
The Ford EcoSport Thunder Edition will be available as an option pack on the Titanium variant. Powering this limited edition EcoSport is the tried and trusted 1.5-litre three-cylinder TiVCT petrol engine that makes. 121 bhp with a fuel efficiency of 17. You also have the ever reliable 1.5-litre diesel motor that makes 99 bhp and a fuel efficiency of 23kmpl to choose.
