DSK Benelli TNT 600i ABS Launched At Rs. 5.73 lakhs
DSK Benelli has launched the TNT 600i sportsbike with ABS at Rs. 5.73 lakhs ex-showroom, Delhi. It has been priced Rs. 35,000/- more than the existing non-ABS variant.
DSK Benelli, the Italian sportsbike manufacturer has finally launched the TNT 600i ABS in India after a really long wait. The company had showcased the TNT 600i ABS at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo along with its tourer counterpart the TNT 600GT. The bike is already a hot favourite in the mid size sportsbike segment with more than 700 units sold across India till date. DSK Benelli expects a further increase in demand for the motorcycle with the introduction of this new model. The bike is sold besides other Benellis in India like the TNT 25, TNT 300, TNT GT, TNT 899 and the range topping TNT, where TNT stands for Tornado Naked Tre.
The DSK Benelli TNT 600i ABS is powered by the same 600cc, 4-cylinder, 16-valve water cooled engine that develops 85.07 BHP at 11,500 RPM and 54.6 Nm at a peaky 10,500 RPM. The engine is mated to a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox that drives the rear wheels with the help of a chain. The bike stands at 2,160mm in length, 800mm in width, 1,180mm in height and has a wheelbase of 1,480mm. It also has a ground clearance of 150mm and a kerb weight of 231 kgs. The suspension system consists of an Inverted Telescopic Forks upfront and Hydraulic Mono-shock Absorber at the rear.
The Benelli TNT 600i ABS runs on 17-inch wheels with a wide 180-section tyre at the rear and a 120-section tyre upfront. Brakes consist of a double disc setup at the front and a single disc setup at the rear. The fuel tank capacity is rated at 15 litres and will be available in three colour options namely Rosso, Bianco and Nero. The DSK Benelli TNT 600i ABS is available across all 16 DSK Benelli showrooms in India which include Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Goa, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore and Kolkata.
