Datsun India sold 50 redi-GO cars in a single day in Kollam, Kerala. A special ceremony was held at the Pinnacle Nissan dealership to present the cars to their new owners.
Datsun launched the new redi-GO in India last month at an irresistible Rs. 2.39 lakhs ex-showroom, Delhi. The car since then has been getting good response from customers due to its futuristic styling and off course the price tag. Going by responses, a dealer in a city called Kollam in Kerala delivered 50 new Datsun redi-GO cars to its customers in a single day. The dealership by the name Pinnacle Nissan had organised a special ceremony to hand over their cars to its customers. The keys to the new cars were handed over by Mr. Vishvambaran, CI of Police, Kollam and Shabeen Muhamedali, Dealer Principal, Pinnacle Nissan.

The Datsun redi-GO is powered by a 799cc petrol motor that develops 53 BHP and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The car delivers an extraordinary fuel efficiency figure of 25.17 kmpl. Datsun redi-GO has also created huge digital buzz around the brand thanks to the new “Datsun redi-GO App” which has seen more than 2.60 lakh downloads by customers and fans. It was introduced to keep its users updated on the latest news about the car.
