BMW Launches Petrol X1 sDrive20i at Rs. 37.50 Lakh
BMW has launched the petrol version of the X1 in India. The BMW X1 sDrive 20i is priced at Rs. 37.50 Lakh Ex Showroom. The BMW X1 sDrive20i is locally produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai and will be available in the ‘xLine’ design trim. BMW X1 is available in Alpine White (non-metallic) and in the following metallic paintworks: Black Sapphire, Mediterranean Blue and Sparkling Brown. The range of Sensatec Oyster and Black, Sensatec Black and Black upholstery.
The BMW X1 sDrive comes powered with the 2.0litre four cylinder petrol engine which is BS-VI compliant and produces a power output of 141 kW / 192 hp and a maximum torque of 280 Nm at 1,350 – 4,600 rpm. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km / hr in 7.6 seconds with a top speed of 224 km / hr. The petrol variant of X1 features an all-new seven-speed Steptronic sport automatic double clutch transmission. The BMW X1 sDrive20i is equipped with Servotronic speed-sensitive steering assistance which allows parking and turning-off manoeuvres to be completed safely and comfortably with little steering effort. At higher speeds, drivers can especially look forward to the steering precision.
