Bajaj Pulsar NS160 launched at Rs. 80,648/- in Mumbai
Previously only available with a 200cc powerplant, Bajaj Auto Limited has launched another variant of the Pulsar NS range of motorcycles in India in the form of the Pulsar NS160. NS stands for Naked Sport and aims to offer sporty performance and mileage too. It has been launched at a price of Rs. 80,648/- ex-showroom, Mumbai and will take on other 160cc motorcycles in the market. The bike gets edgy styling and a range of dual tone glossy paint jobs along with matte black paint surfaces. The Pulsar NS160 comes in Saffire Blue, Passion Red and Glossy Pewter Grey paint shades.
The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is powered by a 160.3cc single cylinder engine that develops 15.5 PS at 8500 rpm and 14.6 Nm at 6500 rpm. Power is transferred to the wheels via a 6-speed transmission. Suspension duties are carried out by Telescopic with Anti-friction Bush upfront and Nitrox mono shock absorber with Canister at the rear. It also comes with a disc brake upfront and a drum brake at the rear. The motorcycle gets a wheelbase of 1,363mm and a fuel tank capacty of 13 litres.
