Kawasaki India launched the H2 SX and H2 SX SE editions of the flagship H2 brand in the Delhi Auto Expo 2018. These Supercharged Engines will be tuned for touring and real world applications, making it more practical and user friendly. The new gear ratios and power distribution will provide better low end torque and better efficiency that the preceding models. Its power delivery is such that can help you ride smoothly even in daily traffic at slow speeds, and when called upon can let all hell loose upon the tarmac, you just need to twist that throttle.
There are note worthy differences between both the models, with the SE being the flagship model. Its flagship tag is justified with the LED cornering lights, TFT LCD instrumentation, 100% LED lighting, E-cruise control, Kawasaki traction control, Kawasaki launch control, Kawasaki quick shifters with riding modes. Other than that, the Standand SX model comes with analogue tachometer with digital instrument cluster and is only available in black color, while the SE will be available only in Garnish Green color.
Though both the models will share many common components like the same powertrain, with a 16valve-4cylinder,DOHC wet clutch system with a cubic capacity of 998cc. This Supercharged engine will produce 200PS of max power@11,000RPM and 137.3Nm of Torque@9500RPM. Both the models get Dual semi-floating 320mm disks with 4 piston callipers on the Front, while on the Rear they come equipped with A single 250mm disk with Dual piston single calliper. The Suspension too is same, and on the front they come equipped with a 43mm inverted forks with rebound & compression damping and spring preload adjustments, and a top out spring for ease of maintenance. On the rear sits a New Uni-Trak, gas charged shock absorber with remote spring load adjuster, compression and rebound damping adjustability.
The Ninja H2 SX and SX SE come with a price tag of 21,80,000 and 26,80,000 Ex-showroom Delhi and sit at the helm of Kawasaki offerings.
Kawasaki also showcased their other offerings currently sold in India which include the Versys 300, Ninja650, Z1000, the Ninja zx10r, Vulcan 650 and Z250, their cheapest offering at 2.99 lakhs ex-showroom.
