Audi Concludes 7th Edition of the National Audi Twin Cup
Audi India held the 7th edition of the Audi Twin Cup. This years Audi Twin Cup saw a participation of 37 dealers with 123 teams comprising of 370 dealer technicians competing in the India championship. The Audi Twin Cup is in its 7th edition where six technical and six service teams made it to the finals which was finally bagged by Audi Gurgaon for Technology category while Audi Bhubaneshwar topped in the Service category.
Mr. Alexis Joseph – Head of After-sales, Audi India – handed over the Audi Twin Cup trophy to the winners of the Technology category, while Mr. Detlef Viete – Regional After-sales Manager, AUDI AG – handed over the Audi Twin Cup trophy to the Service category winning teams at the awards ceremony held at the Oberoi Gurgaon on December 14th, 2017.

We have invested extensively in training our staff over the years for strengthening the service levels. It is clearly reflected in the excellent performance of the team representing Audi India at the recently concluded World championship of the Audi Twin Cup 2017. This year too, the competition had been fierce amongst the competing teams with excellent demonstration of technical knowledge and service coordination. The competing teams achieve first-class results through optimal cooperation between service technicians in the workshop and service advisors interacting with the customer. The winners had to deliver on a framework moderated by AUDI AG validating that the Audi service in India is at par with other markets internationally. Audi India is committed to enhancing the ownership experience and ensuring that every touch point is managed in a way that is relevant and meaningful to today’s customer.”
The Audi Twin Cup tests the customer orientation and technical knowledge of the participants. The technicians and service advisors compete in the areas of diagnostics and repair, as well as in personal customer support. In addition to specialist competence, close and efficient cooperation between service advisors and service technicians is the primary determining factor in achieving top performance in realistic work situations.
The Audi Twin Cup is held every year worldwide since 1996 and sees participation from all members of the Audi dealer network.
