Hyundai had revealed the All New Creta at the 2020 Auto Expo. The interiors were not revealed then nor were the engine options told. As we saw at the Auto Expo the new Creta gets a completely new front design with the 3D cascading grille along with larger LED headlamps and new boomerang-shaped DRLs. The bumpers have been beefed up with new skid plates and there are new 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels as well. The car rear gets distinctively different design with the LED taillights. The New Creta is expected to also have a larger wheelbase resulting in larger interior space.
Today Hyundai has revealed the interiors and also the engines powering the All New Creta. The next gen of the best selling SUV from the Korean car maker will be available in three engine options and as many as 14 variants. The new Hyundai Creta will be offered in five main variants – E, EX, S, SX, and SX (O) across different engine and gearbox options. The engine options for the All New Creta would be the 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre VGT diesel and the 1.4-litre Turbo GDI petrol. All the engines are BS6 compliant from day one. Transmission options will include the 6-speed manual and torque convertor, 7-speed DCT, and the iVT automatic.
The All New Hyundai Creta as seen from official interior pics comes with a voice activated panoramic electric sun roof, the interiors get 2 Tone Black & Greige Colour Scheme with Leatherette Upholstery, also seen if an 7 inche all digital instrument cluster, a brand new flat bottom steering with metal inserts and MFD buttons on it, paddle shifters, 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Blue Link, electric parking brake, 8 speaker Bose premium sound system, drive and traction modes, Drive mode select (Eco, Comfort and Sport), multiple traction control modes (Snow, Sand and Mud), Auto Healthy Air Purifier, 2 Step Rear Seat Reclining, rear window sun shade, MT Remote Engine Start, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and a rearview monitor.
The All New Hyundai Creta will be available in 10 Colour (Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Lava Orange, Titan Grey, Deep Forest (Turbo Only), Galaxy Blue *NEW*, Red Mulberry *NEW*) including 2 Dual Tone(Polar White with Phantom Black and Lava Orange with Phantom Black) options.
The All New Hyundai Creta competes with the likes of the Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Tata Harrier, Mahindra XUV 500 and Jeep Compass.
