LIVE : Tata Safari Launched at INR 14.69 Lakh
Tata Motors has finally launched the Safari 2021 at a introductory starting price of INR 14.69 Lakhs . The Safari will be available in 6 variants , with the top end automatic priced at INR 21.25 Lakh ex showroom. With the price unveil TATA also launched a new colour trim on the Safari , called the Adventure Persona which will be available in a distinct Tropical Mist colour, inspired by the rich and diverse flora present across the vibrant landscapes of our country.
The Tata Safari is built on the OMEGARC architecture that uses Land Rovers D8 platform. The 2021 Tata Safari will be available as a 6 and 7 seater across the trims. On the outside the All New Safari comes with the Signature Grille garnished with Signature Tri-Arrow Chrome motif and the Humanity Line that makes its face along with the neatly integrated headlamps in the dual tone bumper. On the sides the Safari comes with 18 inch wheels, body cladding on the fenders and running board, angularly placed large quarter glass, fiber insert that connects the sides to the roof rails with Safari branding on it and shark fin antenna. On the rear profile the 2021 Safari comes with a large tail gate, integrated rear spoiler, LED tail lamps, SAFARI branding on the tailgate, dual-tone rear bumper with integrated dual exhausts.
On the inside the 2021 Tata Safari comes with Oyster White Interior colour scheme, ashwood dashboard, Premium BeneckeKaliko Oyster White Perforated Leather# Seat Upholstery & Door Pad Inserts, satin chrome pack, soft touch dash, dual zone climate control, mood lighting, 8.8 inch AVN touch screen system, JBL audio system with 9 speakers, 7 inch color TFT instrument cluster, IRA connected car feature to name a few features. Other key features include Boss seat adjust for the front passenger seat, large sun roof with rain and anti pinch closure feature etc. On the Adventure Persona Trim the interior is a combination of Brown upholstery with Black dashboard layout.
Powering the 2021 Tata Safari is the BS-VI 2.0L Kryotec Turbocharged Diesel engine with 170PS and 350Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic option.
