Now, Ferrari owners can enjoy warranty upto 15 years!
Every Ferrari car sold in the world comes with default a standard factory warranty of 3 years which is complimented by a 7 year free maintenance program. Now, to enhance the Prancing Horse ownership experience, Ferrari has extended that programme further to offer owners an even better package with the aim to protect the value, functional and mechanical integrity of the owner’s Ferraris over an even longer period.
With this new Power15 extended warranty scheme, the coverage can be extended for a further two years, and from the vehicle’s 6th and 12th years, owners can choose the New Power15 extended warranty program. This provides cover for the cars made in Maranello for up to 15 years, from the date they have been first registered.
Said to provide cover for all major components, including the engine, gearbox, suspension, steering, and PTU, the New Power15 is available as an option for both new and pre-owned Ferrari cars. The Prancing Horse describes the program as “the most flexible and comprehensive package of its kind”, adding that it “sets a new benchmark in the automotive world”.
“The New Power15 extended warranty can also be provided for cars on which the Ferrari extended warranty cover has not been taken up, or on cars with gaps in the cover”, added the Italian company.
This new scheme from Ferrari extends the possibility of covering all the major mechanical components including the engine, gearbox, Power Train Unit, suspension and steering, from year 12 right up to year 15. Extensions for the coverage will last for 12 months with an option to renew annually for three years.
One more major highlight of the package is that it is applicable for both new and pre-owned Ferraris. Subject to passing Ferrari’s technical checks, the new Power 15 extended warranty can also be taken up by owners who had not taken the extended warranty cover earlier or for cars with gaps in the warranty coverage.
This new Power 15 Extended Warranty from Ferrari should be the most flexible and comprehensive warranty coverage of its kind, setting a new benchmark in the ownership of any cars.
