Maruti Suzuki to organise ‘Monsoon Checkup Camp’ in this month
Maruti Suzuki is the country’s leading car manufacturer and has been so because of its service reachability and constant caring of its customers. Now, with the onset of monsoons, Maruti Suzuki has kicked off its Monsoon Checkup camp for its customers across all its 1,945 dealer workshops across the country.
This check-up camp will be held on 14th, 21st and 28th July’17 for Delhi and NCR region and 16th, 23rd and 30th July’17 for rest of the dealerships in India.
The main purpose of organising the monsoon checkup camp is to ensure optimal performance of the vehicles which is imperative during the monsoon season and to ensure that the customers’ vehicles are on top of whatever vagaries the season can throw.
The monsoon checkup camp will offer its valued customers a complementary 30 Points Check-Up, enabling a detailed examination of all key functions of the car. All necessary components such as wiper blades, suspension etc shall be checked for their health and replacements if required shall be suggested to the customer. The Vehicles will be checked by trained and well-qualified service technicians for safe and problem-free driving during monsoon season. Such periodic checks ensure necessary actions for enhanced performance of the car and provide customers a rewarding ownership experience. These actions also provide customers a complete peace of mind to tackle the monsoon with confidence.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Partho Banerjee, Executive Vice President, Service, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “We at Maruti Suzuki are on a constant mission to provide our customers with hassle-free, seamless after sales experience. ‘Monsoon Check-Up Camp’ is our initiative to reinforce the bond with our customers whilst ensuring safety of vehicles during monsoon. Road Safety has always remained of utmost priority to us, and we are extending complete support to customers towards maintaining their vehicles through regular periodic camps that will guarantee safe and trouble-free drives.
