2022 BMW X4 Launched at Rs. 70.50 Lakh

BMW India has launched the facelift X4 in India with prices starting at Rs 70.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The New BMW X4 is also available as the Black Shadow Edition. Engine options include both petrol and diesel powertrains. The New BMW X4 is produced locally at the German carmakers plant in Chennai.

In terms of exteriors the refreshed X4 now comes with a larger BMW signature kidney grille along with new design sharper LED headlamps, body-coloured front and rear apron along with side sills, redesigned bumpers with wider air inlets, new design alloys, sharper rear section with redesign tail lamps and rear bumper.

On the inside the New BMW X4 comes with a host of luxurious features and touches which include Sensatec leather upholstery, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a three-zone automatic climate control, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, welcome carpet lights, and rear passenger seats that can be folded backwards by up to nine degrees to aid comfort.

Engine options on the New BMW X4 include the xDrive30i that is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that hits out 251bhp and 350Nm of torque. The Diesel option is the  xDrive30d that is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder unit making 261bhp and 620Nm torque. Both the engines come paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission as standard.

Safety features include six airbags, Attentiveness Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor, ISOFIX child seat mounting and integrated emergency spare wheel under the load floor.
