2020 Hyundai Verna Official Teaser Images Released, 1.0L Turbo Petrol Engine included on the lineup
Hyundai has been upping its ante lately, they are on an all time high. They have also kept us busy unveiling, launching and introducing new models of their lineup. Today the Korean carmaker has released official teaser images of the 2020 Hyundai Verna that will be launched soon. The Hyundai Verna has been one of the strongest car model in the C segment and has been selling in very good numbers. The latest version to the Verna not only gets it the BS-6 range of engines but also gives it loads of changes on the outside and inside and yes for the very first time the Verna will also come with a Turbo Petrol engine on its lineup.
In terms of exteriors the updates on the 2020 Hyundai Verna include an all new bold front fascia with a lot bolder radiator grille with stylish looking inserts, sleeker headlamps with integrated C-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights and turn blinkers and all new design front bumper with new fog lamp neatly integrated and round-shaped lights. The side profile remains similar but the updates gets the Verna chrome surrounds around the window sill, slightly raised waistline and all new design alloy wheels. The rear end now gets all LED tail lights in an all new design, new design rear bumpers with neat looking stop reflectors with chrome surrounds running around them and a body colored shark fin antenna that complete the new styling on the best selling sedan from Hyundai Motor. Hyundai says this update will bring Instinctive Beauty and Create Emotional Value & Desirability, resulting in a Gleaming Figurine of ‘Sensuous Sportiness’.
On the engine options Hyundai has confirmed that the 2020 Verna will have the BS-6 1.0 Turbo GDi Petrol engine along with other engine options available with a wide range of automatic transmission options of Intelligent Variable Transmission, 7 Dual Clutch Transmission and 6 Automatic Transmission. The 1.0L GDi Petrol engine is the same engine that is also available on the Hyundai Venue with an power output of 10oPs and 172Nm of torque. Other engine options would be the 1.5L Diesel unit along with the 1.5L Petrol engine to complete the lineup.
